Tilkynning til handhafa íslenskra heimildarskírteina Staðfesting á gildistökudegi á breytingu íslenskra heimildarskírteina (IDRs) yfir í hlutdeildarskírteini (DIs)

Reykjavík, Nov. 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tilkynning til handhafa íslenskra heimildarskírteina

Staðfesting á gildistökudegi á breytingu íslenskra heimildarskírteina (IDRs) yfir í hlutdeildarskírteini (DIs)

TORONTO, ONTARIO – 3 November 2025 – Amaroq Ltd. (AIM, TSX-V, NASDAQ Iceland: AMRQ, OTCQX: AMRQF), í framhaldi af tilkynningu félagsins dagsettri 21. október, um einföldun á útgáfu hlutabréfa félagsins undir einu ISIN númeri, tikynnir félagið að 11. nóvember 2025 verði gildistökudagur skiptanna úr íslenskum heimildarskírteinum (“IDRs”) (ISIN IS0000034569) yfir í hlutdeildarskírteini (“DIs”) (ISIN CA02311U1030).

Gildistökudagur: 11. nóvember, 2025

Á gildistökudegi:

  • Heimildarskírteini IDRs (IS0000034569) útgefin af Arion Banka verða fjarlægð af vörslureikningum hluthafa á Íslandi
  • Jafn mörg hlutdeildarskírteini DIs (ISIN CA02311U1030) verða sjálfkrafa afhent inn á sömu reikninga.

Viðskipti með bréf Amaroq á Nasdaq Iceland hefjast undir ISIN-númerinu CA02311U1030

Fjárfestar þurfa ekki að gera neinar ráðstafanir, skiptin fara fram sjálfkrafa. Breytingin er eingöngu tæknilegs eðlis og hefur hvorki áhrif á undirliggjandi hlutabréf félagsins né réttindi hluthafa. Hin nýju hlutdeildarskírteini endurspegla beina hlutafjáreign í félaginu.

Tímabundin stöðvun á flutningi bréfa milli markaða

Til að tryggja hnökralaus framkvæmd skiptanna verður flutningur bréfa milli markaða í Kanada og á Íslandi tímabundið stöðvaður frá og með 5. nóvember - 5 virkum dögum fyrir gildistökudag. Á þessu tímabili verður því ekki hægt að flytja bréf á milli þessara markaða. Flutningur bréfa milli markaða verður heimilaður að nýju á gildistökudegi.

Vörsluaðilum er bent á að hafa samband við Nasdaq CSD á Íslandi á netfangið csd.iceland@nasdaq.com hafi þeir spurningar varðandi tæknilega framkvæmd.
